About the membership
If you want to continue to be active, strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy, this membership is for YOU! The workouts are created to align with the weeks and trimesters of pregnancy, so all you do is show up and follow the fitness app — I like to keep things simple around here! You can also join at any stage of your pregnancy, so whether you're 8 weeks or 20 weeks, you know the exercises will be safe and effective for you. All workouts are strategically designed to include specific core and pelvic floor exercises so you can not only keep your strength during pregnancy, but you can reduce potential aches and pains too!
When you follow a smart workout plan during pregnancy, you have a much greater chance of recovering postpartum!
3 phases per trimester so you know that each phase aligns with how ever many weeks pregnant you are
Access to the BBA fitness app where you can see exercise demos, track your progress, schedule your workouts and more!
Home or gym option available
4 days per week; averaging 45 minutes per session
